Pre-Trip Fishing And Boat Trip

The Inuit students enjoyed an evening out for a nature viewing/fishing trip while in Inuvik in the days prior to leaving for the Horton River. The students travelled along the East Channel of the McKenzie River, to Airport Creek and then on to Airport Lake. While travelling through the creek, some of the Inuit students saw their first beaver. No fish were harmed during this outing!
